These Terms apply to all bookings for princess parties and ticketed events provided by Pixie Dust Parties.

1. Services

We provide:

• Princess-themed children’s entertainment

• Character appearances

• Ticketed events and magical experiences

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings & Payments

Princess Parties

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date

• Full payment must be made to the performer at the event

Ticketed Events

• Full payment is required at the time of booking

• Tickets are issued electronically

We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received on time.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Princess Parties

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Cancellations within 3 days may require full payment

• Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion

Ticketed Events

• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled

• Tickets may be transferable (at our discretion)

4. Event Changes & Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including:

• Severe weather

• Illness

• Venue issues

• Government restrictions

Where possible, we will:

• Offer a rescheduled date, or

• Provide a refund/credit

5. Client Responsibilities (Parties)

You agree to:

• Provide a safe and suitable environment

• Ensure adult supervision of children at all times

• Inform us of allergies, special needs, or access requirements

We reserve the right to stop a performance if safety is at risk.

5.5 Child/Guest Supervision
All children attending Pixie Dust Parties events or services must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 18 or over) at all times unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The accompanying adult is responsible for:
The child’s behaviour and supervision
Ensuring the child follows any safety instructions
The child’s wellbeing throughout the event
Pixie Dust Parties does not provide childcare services, and our performers are not responsible for supervising children outside of structured activities.
For ticketed events:
Each child must have a valid ticket unless otherwise stated
Adults may also require a ticket depending on the event details
We reserve the right to:
Refuse entry to unaccompanied children
Remove attendees without refund if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive

6. Performer Substitution

If a performer becomes unavailable:

• We will attempt to provide a similar character

• If this is not possible, a refund will be issued

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by unsafe conditions or guest behaviour

• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service

8. Photography & Conduct at Events

• Guests may take photos for personal use

• Commercial use of images featuring our performers is not permitted without consent

• Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from events without refund

9. Intellectual Property

All characters, branding, scripts, and materials are the property of Pixie Dust Parties.

We are an independent entertainment company and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any major studios or trademark holders.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website

• Attempt unauthorised access

• Use content without permission

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
